Daily Head Awareness Tips

Small, daily practices can prevent headaches and maintain calm. Follow these simple steps consistently.

Hydration & Nutrition

  • Drink at least 2–3 liters of water daily.
  • Include magnesium-rich foods like spinach, almonds.
  • Avoid skipping meals and processed sugar spikes.

Posture & Eye Care

  • Take short breaks every 45–60 minutes from screens.
  • Keep monitor at eye level; shoulders relaxed.
  • Do gentle eye rotations and palming exercises.

Mind & Stress Awareness

  • Observe tension in head, jaw, and neck throughout the day.
  • Take 3 deep calming breaths when tension arises.
  • Practice gratitude or journaling to release mental stress.
