Today, observe just one moment when you react automatically.

  • Do not stop the reaction
  • Do not correct it
  • Do not judge it

Simply see it as it is.

🪞 Mirror Question

Was the reaction created by the situation,
or by an expectation inside you?

Do not answer mentally.
Awareness itself will show you.

🌙 Night Reflection

Before sleeping tonight:

  • Remember that one moment again
  • See it without emotion
  • See it without story

This gentle seeing dissolves stored patterns naturally.

🌌 Natural Continuation

When awareness becomes stable,
comparison begins to disappear.
