Practice Steps — Micro & Joyful

  1. Notice your thoughts without judgment
  2. Accept: "This is God appearing"
  3. Act with compassion & awareness

Sit, breathe deeply, recall one worry, whisper: "I accept this as God appearing", sense relief, open eyes, act gently.

Tea Meditation — 2 Minutes

  1. Hold cup, feel warmth
  2. Say: "This is God appearing as tea"
  3. Take three mindful sips noticing taste & gratitude

Walking Meditation — 5 Minutes

Count steps as praise. With every step say: "I am the presence moving".
