Before doing anything, pause.
Notice what is alive in this moment — sensations, thoughts, emotions, or subtle tensions.
Do not analyze, do not change — simply see.
This seeing itself is the first step of Swaroop Darshan.
Karmic accounts are the debts and credits of past actions, stored in the subconscious mind. These are patterns that repeat silently, influencing thoughts, habits, and reactions.
Swaroop Darshan does not fight, fix, or analyze these patterns. It invites you to see them as they are, and this very seeing begins the dissolution process.
As you read and feel these words, notice how your mind or body reacts. This observation itself is the first step of removing karmic accounts.
Before going further, notice what is present in you right now.
Is there any discomfort in the body? Any heaviness, pressure, or restlessness? Any emotion quietly active in the background?
Do not name it. Do not analyze it. Just acknowledge that something is being experienced.
Important Orientation — Swaroop Darshan
In Swaroop Darshan, awareness always comes before effort, choice, or correction.
If something in you is urgent, fearful, or confused, do not push forward. That urgency itself is part of the karmic pattern.
First see clearly. When seeing becomes stable, the next step will reveal itself naturally.
Select the pattern that troubles you most:
Please select a pattern to proceed.
Your selected pattern is not your enemy. It is a stored energy waiting for observation.
Do not suppress it. Do not express it.
Just observe.
Sit comfortably. Do not move. Observe breath, sensations, thoughts.
Please complete the 3-minute observation first.
During awareness:
This is karma dissolving — not by effort, but by seeing.
You were never bound. You were unconscious.
Swaroop Darshan removes unconsciousness. Nothing else is needed.
Practice daily. Even 3 minutes is enough.
Sit comfortably. Let the body be exactly as it is.
